I once bought a chicken-because at a promotional price-and what I do with it now.
I thought that if I bake salmon with vegetables and is great than I do the same thing with chicken.
And the "eye" of sliced red peppers, green, yellow, and even sweet, I added to this chopped zucchini, carrots and parsley root.
The interior of chicken stuffed with rosemary (can be other fresh herb from the garden), and half a lemon.
All that I put into a mold, pouring lemon juice and oil.And now the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1.5 hours.
Additionally prepared bouillon cubes, and after half an hour I pour it over chicken.
So soft and delicious chicken I have not eaten yet.
