Baked with cheese

Bought too many tomatoes and now you afraid than they go to bad.
Don`t worry!
"Gnocci baked with Parma ham and tomatoes"
  • 50 decagram tomatoes
  • 40 decagram gnocci
  • onion
  • 15 decagram Parma ham(or some other smoked)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • handful of basil leaves
  • 10 decagram mozarella(or other good melting cheese)
  • salt,pepper,olive oil

Warm up the oil in a saucepan, add the chopped onion and crushed garlic - vitrifiable is just.
Then add the chopped ham into strips and fry yet.
Blanch the tomatoes, peel and slice.Along with the tomatoes to the pot  add the gnocchi.
Reduce the heat and suffocating a few minutes until the sauce thickens and the gnocci are soft.
Season with salt, pepper and chopped basil.Than put into casserole and stacking on top of sliced ​​cheese (you can also grate).

Baked 5-6 minutes, until cheese is melted.
