The carrots cake

"The carrot cake"
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1.5 cup of sugar
  • 2 cup of flour
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon



Grind the whole eggs with sugar until fluffy,add the sieved flour and oil(I melt the butter and added instead oil).Everything stirred until a thick paste consistency,add baking powder,baking soda,nutmeg and cinnamon and carrot grated on a small or medium-sized mesh and squeeze the juice.(The juice you can drink vitamin)
We mix all.

Heat the oven to 200 temp.,grease form and pour flour.
Put into the form of the cake in the oven,reduce to 180 temps.and bake 50 min.



A little bit burn on top,but who cares it`s lovely inside.
