Something warm on cold days and improve mood

  • 2 chicken wings
  • 20 grams of fresh ribs
  • 10 grams of pearl barley
  • 2 dried mushrooms
  • with 2 potatoes,large carrots and small parsley
  • a piece of celery and leek
  • onion
  • tablespoon butter
  • chopped parsley
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 grains of allspice
  • salt and pepper
Ribs and wings wash and boil in 2 liters of water, then add the vegetables to the broth (without the potatoes and carrots), and spices, cook for 20 minutes.Pour boiling water over mushrooms and set aside for 15 minutes.
Finely cut onions into cubes and toss into the pan on the hot butter to fry it.
Cut mushrooms into strips with water, soaking in which they add to the onions and fry.
The draw soft vegetables broth, put pearl barley and cook for 20 minutes covered.
At the end of cooking, we throw potatoes cut into cubes and slices of carrots and onions fried with mushrooms.
Boil it down until potatoes and carrots are soft.
Season to taste, you can add peeled meat from the bone and sprinkle with parsley.
