Tomatoes

                                                                          "The best spice is a good appetite".
Of course,I have lots of tomatoes and I do not know what to do with them.

Somebody can say"Maybe sell".



Yes,it is a good idea,but...you can cook tomatoes soup.
"Pappa al Pomodoro"

  • 30 dec.coctail tomatoes
  • 60-70 dec.bigger tomatoes(buffalo hearts)
  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • stock cube
  • small spoon liquid honey
  • fresh basil
  • salt,pepper, olive oil

Cocktail tomatoes washed and cut in half,add garlic,peeled and crushed and 2-3 leafs of basil,add salt,pepper,drizzle with honey and olive oil,mix.
Decomposed into a large bowl and put in the oven 180 degrees  for 15 minutes.
Bigger tomatoes peel and mix.Heat oil in the pot,adds crash garlic and when soft add mix tomatoes and a stock cube.Boiled 15 minutes.When the soup is too thick  you can add a little bit water.The slices of bread pare the skin and tear into small pieces,add to soup.Boiled 5 minutes,season to taste.The soup put to the bowl add a baked tomatoes,sprinkle with chopped basil.
GOOD APATITE!!!
